Who was General James Wolfe

The Death of General Wolfe, painted by Benjamin West, apocryphally depicts General Wolfe's final moments during the Battle of the Plains of Abraham in 1759.

the Victor of Quebec, given by the people of Canada in 1930. The statue is located in plaza in front of the Royal Observatory in Greenwich.
