I took several photos in Oak Hill Burial Ground in East Kingston, New Hampshire. Researching John Toppan (1739-1818)

Found on record---son of James Toppan (1702-1765) and Abigail Morrill of Salisbury, Massachusetts

A Will recorded indicates John Toppan was the only son born to John and Abigail. There is brother-in-law Paul Morrill of Salisbury now residing in South Hampton, New Hampshire.

John Toppan married December 25 1776 Mrs Abigail Weare of Seabrook, New Hampshire (The New England Historical & Genealogical Register Volume 51 1897)  
Was Abigail a Weare by marriage or birth? 
In Lane Genealogy book it records Abigail Weare daughter of Deacon Jonathan Weare (1727) of Seabrook, New Hampshire and Sarah Lane (1727-1747) married to John Toppan

John Toppan and Abigail Weare had a son, James Toppin born 26 Sep 1767 in Kensington, New Hampshire died 6 Feb 1853 in Gloucester, Massachusetts. He married Nancy Choate (1778-1855) daughter of Josiah Choate (1747-1822) and Hannah Roberts (1748-1817)
